3- Attach JPEGS of Each Piece:
the JPEG MUST be titled the same as the TITLE OF THE PIECE!
- For example:
If the title is Holiday Family Fun, name your jpeg the same, by selecting "Save As" Holiday Family Fun.  Then, when you attach it to your e-mail, you can choose it by name from your computer! Remember to attach it to the e-mail. This is so we can quickly and accurately match your jpeg with the following stats of your submission.

a summary (preferably in PDF format) but Word is ok too (loss of formatting may occur). Please list your experience, including credits for films, television, media you have worked on, recent exhibition experience (if applicable), notable awards (if applicable). The bios offer a way to better know fellow members, and serve as a great promo tool for the show and the guild.

Curator Denis Olsen will respond to your e-mail no later than a few days after the deadline, indicating which pieces we can hang in the show (based on available wall space).

Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in forfeiture of your space.

1- Each piece, once selected, must come bubble-wrapped (for your protection during storage) with a PRINTED label on the back of piece (and outer bubble wrap) indicating:

BIO: (two copies total)

2 - *OPTIONAL* GIFT SHOP PRINTS/ITEMS
You do not need to submit jpegs of same. Please let Denis know if you will have gift shop items. You may drop them off with your wall submissions or wait until closer to the opening. Either way, let Denis know!

GIFT SHOP REQUIREMENTS:
Each item and/or print must be
~ labeled with Title, Artist Name, and Price!
~ If a PRINT, it must be:
~ matted (or at very least, come with a sturdy backing)
~ in a clear plastic sleeve
